Ordering

OPEN FOR DELIVERY: We are drop-off only catering service. We are currently taking orders for delivery Monday - Saturday.

ORDER: To place an order, visit our online store here. If you would like us to create a custom menu or have special requests for your occasion, please send an email to contact@platecraft.com.

MINIMUM: Our minimum order is currently $500.

NOTICE: We request one week’s notice for all orders, but our calendar often fills several weeks to months in advance. We recommend getting in your order with as much notice as possible.

DELIVERY: We deliver Mondays - Saturdays.

• Delivery to Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley is $50

• Delivery to San Francisco is $80

• Delivery farther afield is based on availability + mileage
  
  

ADDING TO YOUR ORDER: We can accept additions to you order up to seven days before your event. Additions will be accepted based on the capacity of the kitchen that week.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. Your order is confirmed once payment has been made.

CANCELLation policy

Because we are planning, shopping, and prepping for your order in many ways leading up to your delivery, all sales are final. However, cancelled orders can be donated on your behalf.
